It is presented as a potential solution to the sorrow and destruction in the world which is perpetuated by an education system which favours conformity over creativity, divides individuals into us and them, and is a tool for acquiring property, wealth and security.

What we now call education is a matter of accumulating information and knowledge from books, which anyone can do who can read conflict and confusion result from our own wrong relationship with relationship and alter the function of education by jiddu krishnamurti, mere learning, the gathering of facts and the acquiring of various skills, can only lead us to engulfing chaos and destruction. If education does not help people to understand life then it is meaningless, because in order to live a good life it is necessary to know what life is all about, and it is necessary to have intelligence; the capacity to think freely without fear, without having to conform, in order to discover what is true.
